We are confident that you will love the products you purchase from us online. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchases then we will be happy to accept returns up to 14 days from receipt of your order.
We recommend that you email us at email@example.com and let us know the reason for the return and we will advise the best way to proceed.
We understand that when shopping online things can appear different to what they are so we will assist you with exchanges or replacements if required.
Send the returning items in their original packaging and in a re-saleable state to the following address:

Please note: If returned items were purchased with the free delivery option then a standard shipping charge will be applied to the order prior to refund being processed.
You will receive a refund within 5 days of the goods arriving back to us.
If the goods are damaged or defective then you must report this to us within 72 hours of receipt of the order. You can do this in writing via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Unless the goods are damaged we are unable to provide a refund or exchange on: Personalised Gifts; Unsealed Toiletry Products or some items of Jewellery (such as earrings) due to hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit we may require the goods to be returned to us. In some circumstances we will accept photographic evidence as proof of the damages but we reserve the right to ask for the goods to be returned even if photo evidence is submitted.
We will refund the cost of return postage in the case of damaged/defective items (you must provide proof of receipt for delivery charges). Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost the delivery of returned goods.
